Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility (Strict)
- Returns are accepted ONLY for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
- Any item that has been opened, used, or altered is not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Heavy Orders (Over 50 lbs)
For orders over 50 lbs, refunds will be issued:
- Minus a 10% restocking fee, and
- Minus the original shipping cost, even if shipping was offered as “free” at checkout.
Return Shipping Requirements (Important)
- All returns must be thoroughly and securely packaged.
- All returns must be shipped using a trackable, insured shipping method.
If a return arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing contents, it will be considered unsellable and no refund will be issued. In these cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email customercare@bcprecision.com.
