Condrive® 1000 – A multi-purpose tool designed for installation of Tapcon hex head and Phillips flat head anchors up to 3-3/4″ long. If driving hex washer head Tapcon, driver will automatically disengage. The 1000 has a reusable plastic case. *Note: for anchors 4″ long and above, drill the hole with just the bit, then remove the bit and install with the Condrive 1000. Buildex Condrive Tools are designed to specifically install Tapcon Anchors and to fit standard Chuck or SDS Plus Style hammer drills.

Specifications:

• CONDRIVE 1000 GUIDELINES:
• STEP 1: Place correct drill bit into driver adapter and drill hole 1/4″ deeper than depth of embedment.
• STEP 2: Slide Condrive Installation Tool sleeve over drill bit. Snap hex head or Phillips Socket in place.
• STEP 3: Insert anchor in socket, position fixture to be fastened, begin to drive Tapcon into pre-drilled hole.
• STEP 4: The anchor is fully set when the nosepiece of the Condrive Tool automatically disengages from the
• socket and fixture is secured in place.
